As a Workday HCM Analyst You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies. Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM. Collaborating in diverse and disparate teams through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations. Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.
We are looking for experience in the following skills
Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions Thriving in a diverse, dynamic environment, meeting deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements Bold's degree or equivalent Fluency in Italian and English

Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream. Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o. Up to date Workday certifications Fluency in another language
