Currently, DRIVALIA operates in 15 European countries, but it will expand with the ambition of becoming one of the leading European operators in the mobility sector of tomorrow, able to combine flexibility, digital use, on-demand approach and sustainability. Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process & Data Governance Manager to join our team. She/he will collaborate with internal customers and external stakeholders to generate valuable outcomes on business processes and data. She/he will act as project manager by leading the analysis, the harmonization, the improvement, the implementation and the monitoring of solid business processes. She/he will insure the awareness and application of the processes in local entities by regular assessments. For data governance, she/he will contribute to the data strategy, develop the culture of data, ensure the quality, optimize and support business and regulatory reporting in coordination with ICT Department. She/he will support the digitalization, automation and IA related applications. In this role, She/he contribute to improve the service quality and internal & external customer experiences/satisfaction and align business processes and data governance initiatives in coordination with other departments (business functions, ICT, Compliance, Risk & Permanent Control, etc.). She/he will act as a liaison between business units and ICT for data governance-related projects. Key Duties & Responsibilities Business Process Management: Analyze, design, harmonize and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Insure process harmonization among entities. Develop process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Generate and analyze KPIs, KRIs (Key Risk Indicators), and KCIs (Key Control Indicators) for measuring business process effectiveness. Identify automation opportunities and leverage technology to streamline processes. Data Governance: Lead projects especially the ones related with data (business and regulatory reportings, Datawarehouse,...). Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Establish data quality metrics and monitor data integrity across systems. Facilitate the development & implementation of Data protection, data quality/ethics standards across the company from a business perspective. Act as the data stewardship (accessibility, trustworthiness, usability and security). Is the referent for business and regulatory reporting (GDPR, CSRD...). Trigger, support and guide the initiatives towards digitalization, automation and IA related. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards. Work with ICT and business teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency. Provide training and guidance on data management best practices. Identify risks related to process inefficiencies and data inaccuracies, proposing mitigation strategies in coordination with internal departments. Contribute with Audit team on assessments to evaluate governance effectiveness. Requirements Master's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics. Significant experience (5 years) in similar position in (Full Service) Leasing industry in an international environment is required. Operational experience in project management. Experience with data management tools and workflow automation platforms. Proficiency in data governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and digital innovation. Experience in matrix organization with customer (internal & external) satisfaction orientation. Capacity to work autonomously with a tactical view. Strong propensity for teamwork, interpersonal relationships, and user support. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Excellent time management and work organization skills. High capacity to adapt to change and embrace new challenges. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and "outside the box”. High level of concentration and meticulous attention to detail.
