OverviewAs a Critical Operations Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and governance for reliability and asset performance across STACK EMEA Data Centers. You’ll maintain and improve procedures, manage change execution, and ensure maintenance is planned, controlled, and documented. You will oversee vendor activities, contribute to incident recovery, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned. This role sits in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment focused on building reliable, scalable data center operations.ResponsibilitiesCreate, review, and improve SMPs, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs with clear criteria and evidence requirementsMaintain high‑quality procedures and document controlLead or support pre‑job briefings and method reviews ensuring prerequisites are in placeSupport preventive maintenance planning to improve task quality and eliminate recurring defectsContribute to critical spares strategies and vendor repair workflows for key assetsMaintain accurate technical records to support KPIs, audits, and customer assuranceProvide technical oversight of vendors and contractors on methods, tests, installations, and close‑out documentationSupport diagnosis of complex technical issues and develop recovery/restoration plansCoach technicians and operations teams, contributing to training and drillsQualificationsExperience in facilities, operations, or engineering in mission‑critical environments (Data Center or hyperscale preferred)Strong knowledge of M&E systems: UPS, generators, LV distribution, transformers, cooling, controls/monitoring, fire/life safety interfacesSolid understanding of safe systems of work, risk controls, and disciplined change execution in live environmentsExperience with BMS/SCADA platforms; EPMS/DCIM knowledge desirableAbility to read and explain electrical single‑line diagrams and system schematicsStrong analytical and technical problem‑solving skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishExcellent organization, prioritization, and stakeholder managementContinuous improvement mindset with emphasis on standardization and governanceBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageCareer growth and skills developmentModern, innovation‑driven environmentInternational fast‑growing companyGDPR‑compliant recruitmentBenefits (unspecified)
