The candidate, integrated into the Digital Marketing team at Dils, will be responsible for developing and implementing digital campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and generating leads for the company’s commercial initiatives. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3pAdvertising Budget Management: /pulliPlan, allocate, and monitor the budget for residential initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization. /liliEnsure ROI and KPI targets are achieved through strategic and analytical fund management. /li /ulpDevelopment and Management of Digital Campaigns: /pulliDesign, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) with specific goals for brand awareness and lead generation. /liliCreate effective multichannel strategies, integrating social media, search engines, and other digital platforms. /liliOptimization of CTR, CPL, CR through systematic A/B testing on both ad creatives and landing pages. /li /ulpPerformance Analysis: /pulliMonitor and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement. /liliUX analysis, heatmap analysis, and landing page CRO optimization. /liliPrepare detailed reports on campaign results, providing actionable insights for future optimizations. /li /ulpCross‑Functional Collaboration: /pulliWork closely with the digital team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with company goals. /liliManage relationships with external suppliers and digital partners to maximize the effectiveness of initiatives. /li /ulpResearch and Innovation: /pulliStay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and technological developments in the sector. /liliPropose innovative solutions to enhance the quality and performance of campaigns. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field. /liliPrevious experience (at least 4+ years) in managing digital campaigns. /liliStrong expertise in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and full‑funnel performance management /liliExcellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). /liliExcellent data analysis skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalents. /liliFamiliarity with search engine optimization (SEO/SEM) techniques. /liliExcellent communication and problem‑solving skills. /liliTeam‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /li /ulpIn Dils we believe in the value of innovation, driven by technology, data but most of all by people.
