• Support Costa’s accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with USGAAP and IFRS statutory requirements.
  
• Prepare period‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
  
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages and act as the key point of contact for documentation.
  
• Perform detailed balance‑sheet reconciliations to maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
  
• Oversee the effectiveness of financial reporting controls and strengthen processes to guarantee accurate and reliable data.
  
• Lead or contribute to process‑improvement initiatives across accounting areas.
  
• Analyze accounting data and financial reports, providing insights to support business decision‑making.
  
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments, fostering strong working relationships.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in external audit, complemented by experience in corporate accounting.
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
  
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP, IFRS and Italian GAAP.
  
• Solid understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting, and related IT systems.
  
• Experience in period‑end closing activities and financial reporting preparation.
  
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  
• Proactive, flexible, and hands‑on mindset, adaptable to changing priorities.
  
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international environments.
