PbAt dentsu, we're looking for a Client Consultant in Milan. /b /p pThe purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in managing client plans and day-to-day activities while collaborating with colleagues. /p h3Job Description: Key Responsibilities /h3 ol libProject Management: /b Ensure projects and plans meet objectives and stay on time/budget. /li libClient Support: /b Assist Client Manager with client liaison and administration. /li libActivation Units Management: /b Define briefs for unit activations in line with clients’ KPIs and business objectives. /li liKeep updated on the Client’s marketplace through competitor reviews and reading. /li liDevelop strong working relationships with clients. /li liEnsure client needs are met quickly, efficiently, and completely with the defined timings and high-quality output for all activities. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 2+ years of experience in international agencies. /li liStrong understanding of paid media planning principles; media offline is a plus. /li liGreat client relationship skills, with the ability to engage high-profile stakeholders using the appropriate tone and approach. /li liGood level of English, spoken and written. /li liExcellent organizational and relational skills. /li liStrong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and autonomy in day-to-day project management. /li liPositive attitude, team spirit, and a strong commitment to excellence in client service. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 puLocation: /u Milan /p puBrand: /u Dentsu X /p puTime Type: /u Full time /p pbContract Type: /b Permanent /p pCan’t find a suitable job?
