This role requires a client‑focused mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a proactive, results‑oriented approach. /p pTogether we do what matters! /p h3What you will do: /h3 h3Client Management: /h3 pServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships. /p pUnderstand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team. /p pRegularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly. /p pCollaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client. /p h3Project Delivery: /h3 pLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. /p pDevelop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule. /p pMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments. /p pStrong management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. /p pOversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff. /p pProvide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. /p pFoster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the team. /p pAbility to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. /p h3Process Improvement : /h3 pIdentify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices. /p pDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. /p pEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. /p pIdentify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies. /p pMonitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary. /p h3Industry Knowledge: /h3 pUnderstand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector. /p pAnticipate the client needs and identify new business opportunities. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pSkills and experiences /p pBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
