The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role requires proven experience in leading projects within the industry, a deep understanding of processes and methodologies, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. /p pThe Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a client‑focused mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a proactive, results‑oriented approach. /p pTogether we do what matters! /p h3What you will do: /h3 h3Client Management: /h3 pServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships. /p pUnderstand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team. /p pRegularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly. /p pCollaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client. /p h3Project Delivery: /h3 pLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. /p pDevelop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule. /p pMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments. /p pStrong management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. /p pOversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff. /p pProvide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. /p pFoster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the team. /p pAbility to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. /p h3Process Improvement : /h3 pIdentify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices. /p pDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. /p pEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. /p pIdentify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies. /p pMonitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary. /p h3Industry Knowledge: /h3 pUnderstand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector. /p pAnticipate the client needs and identify new business opportunities. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pSkills and experiences /p pBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. You will lead functional workstreams across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Power Platform, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through scalable Microsoft‑first solutions. /p pYou will act as a trusted advisor between Avanade clients, internal delivery teams, and the broader Avanade BizApps community, applying best practices, governance, and design standards aligned with Microsoft and Avanade methodologies. This role offers the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning, certification, and career progression across functional, solution architecture, and leadership pathways. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Client Advisory Leadership /h3 ul liLead client engagements as a functional CRM / BizApps authority, advising on how Dynamics 365 and Power Platform can solve complex business challenges. /li liServe as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into CRM and digital transformation roadmaps. /li liFacilitate executive‑level discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions. /li /ul h3Business Analysis Solution Design /h3 ul liLead and conduct requirements discovery, scoping, and validation workshops across multiple business functions. /li liTranslate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements, maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). /li liPerform fit/gap analysis against Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities. /li liDesign end‑to‑end CRM solutions aligned with BizApps best practices, Avanade accelerators, and Microsoft standards. /li /ul h3Delivery Collaboration /h3 ul liAuthor functional design documents and user stories, working closely with technical consultants and architects. /li liCollaborate with development teams to ensure functional intent is accurately implemented. /li liConfigure, prototype, and validate business processes using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. /li liLead UAT planning and execution, supporting change management and adoption activities. /li liProvide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams. /li liContribute to the Avanade BizApps CRM community, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing initiatives. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
