Ph3Overview /h3pRichemont, a leader in the luxury sector, seeks a FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate to manage IT support across Richemont Group sites in the Milano metropolitan area and retail network in Italy. The role reports to the IT Support Manager Italia and represents the Group IT department within the Field Services and Support (FSS) team inside IO. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPeople Management: recruit, coach, set objectives, appraise, create development plans, organize shifts, and maintain relationships with Local HR. /liliFinance Management: contribute to budget preparation and quarterly review, provide hardware/maintenance inputs, and propose budget adjustments. /liliProject Management: participate in roadmap definition and execution, capture activities, book resources, follow Group IT project methodology, and promote best practices. /liliService Management: monitor and report on delivery of business services, detect patterns, produce KPIs, and ensure operational excellence per Group IT and FSS standards. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliIntermediate knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Android, and iOS. /liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft O365, MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive. /liliBasic knowledge of MDM (Workspace1, Intune), Active Directory, and identity management tools (Saviynt a plus). /liliBasic networking (Cisco) and voice solutions (Teams PSTN). /liliExperience in luxury retail (a plus). /liliServiceNow or similar incident/problem/change/asset management tools; deep ITIL knowledge (ITIL Foundation a plus). /liliProject Management: PMI, Prince, or Agile methodology a plus. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliOrganised, autonomous, with strong communication, analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit. /liliClient‑oriented, open‑minded, with people‑management experience for small teams (~10 people). /liliLanguages: Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent, C1‑C2), French (nice to have). /liliApplicable CCNL Commercio employment terms. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliSalary range: €60K‑€70K. /liliAnnual bonus plan: 8% of salary. /liliMeal vouchers for each working day. /liliWelfare package. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
