You'll help create content, respond to community members, monitor social conversations, and support the implementation of community growth strategies under the guidance of senior marketing professionals.What You Will Do:- Help create and publish engaging content for social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions from community members.
- Monitor social media channels and online conversations about the brand.
- Assist in implementing community engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Help collect and analyze basic community metrics and engagement data.
- Support the organization of online and offline community events.What we are looking for:- 1+ year of experience in social media management or related field.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic understanding of content creation and community engagement strategies.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
