Investment Sourcing, Strategic Capital & Regional Development

This position includes a performance-based commission structure on successfully secured investments.
The role may evolve into Regional Director – UAE, Head of GCC Investments based on results.

About the Role:
We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager (IRM) based in Dubai responsible for:
* Identifying and engaging high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
* Family offices
* Sovereign wealth affiliates
* Venture capital firms
* Strategic corporate investors
The selected candidate will actively build a strong regional investment network and secure capital for Institute Itech’s international projects.
This is a results-oriented role designed for a highly connected, strategic, and persuasive professional.
Responsibilities:
Investor Sourcing & Relationship Development
* Identify and engage potential investors within Dubai and the wider UAE
* Develop long-term strategic relationships with family offices and institutional entities
* Organize meetings, presentations, and investor briefings
Fundraising & Deal Structuring
* Support fundraising rounds (pre-seed, seed, Series A)
* Collaborate with the CEO and finance leadership on investment documentation
* Assist in structuring investment proposals suitable for GCC markets
Representation & Networking
* Represent Institute Itech at regional investment forums and networking events
* Maintain ongoing investor communication and relationship management
* Build partnerships with innovation hubs and financial institutions
Compensation Structure
* Commission-based compensation on successfully secured investments
* Commission percentage to be defined contractually based on deal size and structure
* Long-term strategic growth opportunities within the organization
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years experience in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, or high-level business development
* Existing network in Dubai / UAE investment ecosystem
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Fluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
* Understanding of GCC investment culture and regulatory context
* Ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with family offices or sovereign-linked entities
* Background in technology, sustainability, MedTech, or AI sectors
* Track record of successfully closing investment deals
* International business exposure
