They recognize the importance of cultivating genuine, authentic relationships within the medical community. /p h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liExperience in home medical equipment (HME) or respiratory therapy services /li liStrong relationship-building and communication skills /li liProven ability to identify new business opportunities and drive market growth /li liA genuine passion for helping patients and improving lives /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA supportive, team-oriented environment where you’ll be valued and heard /li liOngoing training, mentorship, and professional development /li liThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career /li /ul h3Job Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain relationships with medical practices, hospital discharge planners, respiratory departments, nursing facilities, home health agencies, and sleep labs. /li liConduct daily sales calls and in-service trainings to achieve sales goals. /li liDevelop and implement sales plans based on market analysis. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate patient care and improve customer care experience. /li liEducate referral sources on Performance Home Medical’s service and equipment. /li liServe as patient advocate and hospital liaison. /li liResponsible for developing relationships with new referral sources. /li liConduct educational in-services, trainings, and presentations for healthcare providers. /li liWork with internal staff to obtain documents from providers necessary for prompt and accurate billing. /li liDeliver oxygen equipment to patients in the hospital for discharge along with education on the use and care of the equipment. /li liMarket Performance Home Medical’s disease management programs. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liBusiness ethics and integrity. /li liBS/BA degree in business, marketing, sciences, or healthcare related fields strongly preferred. /li li3 plus years’ documented success achieving sales goals in a relationship selling based field, preferably in healthcare industry, B2B, or F2F. /li li3 plus years’ experience utilizing consultative, and solution based selling approaches preferred. /li li3 plus years’ experience selling to sleep clinics, physician’s offices, hospital discharge planners and/or case managers, nursing facilities, and home health agencies preferred. /li liExperience selling sleep therapy, home ventilation, and home oxygen strongly preferred. /li liDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with outside medical professionals, internal customer care teams, clinical teams, operations staff, sales leaders, and other internal stakeholders. /li liUnderstanding of insurance guidelines to qualify physician’s orders. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint. /li liValid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory. /li liCandidate must reside in assigned geographical territory or be willing to relocate. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liTerritory and pipeline management. /li liAccount management /li liStrategic planning initiatives based on data analysis. /li liExcellent interpersonal relationship skills including active listening. /li liTechnological expertise and product knowledge. /li liCurrent market and industry knowledge. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations. /li liAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. /li liKeen attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills. /li liAbility to work independently. /li liAbility to adapt and overcome obstacles. /li /ul h3Company Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission /li liAuto allowance /li liCompany issued IT package including phone and tablet /li li401(k) plan /li liHealth insurance including an HSA option /li liDental insurance /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
