Order Processing (Core)
Receive, verify, process and track sales orders timely and accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to resolve order issues.
Update order records in CRM/ERP systems and generate status reports.
Marketing Support
Assist in organizing marketing events (trade shows, webinars, product launches).
Support collateral preparation and data compilation (customer lists, campaign metrics).
Job Requirements
1+ year of experience in sales admin, order processing or related roles; marketing support experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM/ERP tools.
Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and communication abilities. xjrgpwk
