About the Role: We are seeking a motivated
HR Recruiter Intern
to support Institute Itech’s talent acquisition activities. This role is ideal for candidates interested in developing skills in: recruitment processes candidate screening talent sourcing HR operations The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team, contributing to the recruitment of key roles across engineering, research, design, and management.
Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Publish job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms Source and identify potential candidates Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
Candidate Management Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines Support communication with applicants Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups
HR Support Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR documentation Support onboarding processes for selected candidates Contribute to improving recruitment workflows
Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in
Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration
, or related fields Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or academic experience in HR or recruitment Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms Interest in technology, research, or innovation environments Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
