Working closely with your Site HR colleague, you'll support more than 300 employees (115 salaried, 200 hourly) across multiple European locations in Italy (Bologna, Pavia, Lecco, Ariano), United Kingdom (Oldbury) and Czech Republic (Mostkovice) and help create a strong, unified culture built on trust, collaboration, and shared purpose.Your focus will beleading people through change —bringing Danfoss values to life, aligning processes and systems, and fostering open, constructive relationships with our union partners. Your curiosity, communication skills, and ability to translate complexity into clarity will make a real difference as we grow.Beyond integration, you'll act as atrusted sparring partner and coachfor leaders.
