This work will be undertaken in full compliance with the construction drawings, documents and specifications in compliance with published guidelines, standards, policies and procedures to ensure satisfactory completion of work. The role will require the management of the CDM areas and safety of all in it. /ppThe use of a company vehicle will be provided at the discretion of the Omexom Management. The use of all company vehicles must follow the Omexom Transport Policy. /ph3Responsibilities Duties /h3pIncluding but not limited to the following: /pullipSupport with the management of the day-to-day work program for nominated site staff /p /lilipDeliver Daily Briefs, Point of Work Risk Assessments, Toolbox Talks etc. /p /lilipTake responsibility for team whilst on site to ensure the safe, effective and efficient implementation of site operations. /p /lilipSupport the Management Team to ensure all materials and supplies are procured / provided by the Construction Manager to avoid delays and maintain efficient working of the team /p /lilipEnsure deliveries are only accepted on undamaged materials and a report of daily deliveries to help with financing. /p /lilipSupport the Management Team to ensure all construction and demolition work complies with RAMS, lifting plans, drawings and specifications /p /lilipDisplay responsibility of receipt of permits and limitations of access with relevant authority. /p /lilipUndertake basic safety inspection before commencement of works /p /lilipSupervise and assist with construction, maintenance, fitting of plant and equipment to ensure works are delivered to a high-quality standard. /p /lilipMust be able to liaise problems and solutions with safety and design teams. /p /lilipAssist the Construction Manager with ongoing quality control by maintaining / completing documentation detailed within the Inspection Test Plan. /p /lilipMaintain and develop competence level and technical skills to ensure delivery to high standards. /p /lilipCheck all subcontractor setting out before and after operations. Liaise with the subcontractors engineers. /p /lilipAttend training as required to maintain knowledge and application of systems and procedures. /p /lilipDeliver scheduled / unscheduled work to time and standard in accordance with instructions. /p /lilipComply with all Omexom HSE standards, Quality Standards, Operational Procedures and Policy’s /p /lilipSite Document Controller duties – Sorting and Storing of drawings. /p /lilipSupport with the Chairing of Site Meeting`s with clients at site process meetings. /p /lilipActively contribute to your team, sharing knowledge and experience, monitoring progress and providing support for others. /p /lilipChecking and Preparing job reports for management and clients. /p /lilipPromptly make safe where it’s safe to do so, then record all accidents, hazards and near misses in line with Omexom Policy. /p /lilipLead by example with Safety Behavior and Management. Encourage safe working, reporting of hazards and innovations.
