Job Overview
The Retail Analytics Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing data-driven insights to support retail execution across channels like Walmart, grocery, and convenience stores. This role involves performance tracking, scorecard development, and automation efforts aligned with sales growth, retail execution, and ROI goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Performance Measurement & Scorecards: Develop and maintain retail scorecards with KPIs, implement benchmarks, and ensure insights are actionable for management.
2. Retail Execution & Optimization: Collaborate with broker managers to enhance decision-making, track new product placements, and develop KPIs for store execution and sales impact.
3. Data & Automation Initiatives: Lead automation of reporting, reduce manual work, and implement new reporting tools in collaboration with IT and Data Teams.
4. Budget & Strategic Planning: Support retail budgets and identify efficiency improvements to maximize ROI.
5. Skills for Success: Analytical mindset, collaboration, process improvement, results-driven approach, and retail industry knowledge.
6. Experience Needed: 5+ years in retail analytics or related fields, proficiency with analytics tools, understanding of retail dynamics, and project management experience.
7. What We Offer: Competitive benefits, annual bonus potential, and a salary range of $110,000 to $153,000.
