We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an Employee Lifecycle Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
This role requires a deep understanding of European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries. You will be responsible for owning and driving employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
You will also be responsible for verifying payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance, providing daily HR consulting to clients, maintaining client relationships, and resolving cross-border employment issues.
This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues. You will be data-driven, challenging the status quo and striving to improve response times and employee experience.

Responsibilities:
* Owning and driving employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Verifying payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Providing daily HR consulting to clients, maintaining client relationships, and resolving cross-border employment issues.
* Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Requirements:
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills: identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
