For our European Earthmoving Procurement Team, Caterpillar Prodotti Stradali is seeking an Associate Procurement Quality Analyst eager to grow within a structured and international industrial environment.Requirements Degree in a STEM field, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Management EngineeringAt least 1 year of previous experience in a similar roleGood command of the English language (daily use)Interest in quality, supply chain, and procurementAccuracy, collaboration, problem‐solving skills, and a strong team‐oriented mindset
Participate in meetings with the Operations team to review potential supplier quality defects and manage non‐conformance resolution with suppliersIdentify quality issues and define short‐term action plans in collaboration with plant management and suppliersManage Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) recoveryCollaborate with Operations, site procurement, and corporate teams to provide conclusions and recommendations for quality issue management and continuous improvement projectsParticipate in supplier quality improvement initiatives and work with suppliers to develop and enhance quality levelsEnsure supplier reliability and quality through implementation of process controls, certification programs, evaluations, inspections, corrective actions, audits, and related documentation
