YOUR TEAM You will join a multidisciplinary group, collaborating with experts from various backgrounds to carry out research activities. Main Responsibilities Planning and managing works related to the institute's plants, including routine and extraordinary maintenance and practices. Managing job orders, including construction management roles. Essential Requirements Degree in Engineering or Professional Diploma Enrollment in the Order of Engineers or College of Experts, with authorization to sign projects Experience with electrical, HVAC, thermal, hydraulic, suction, vacuum, gas, and compressed air systems, and site safety knowledge Knowledge of authorization procedures for plant management Familiarity with Legislative Decree 36/23 (Procurement Code) and TU 81/08 Proficiency in drawing graphic projects and bills of quantities Relevant experience, preferably within research centers Good command of English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Additional Skills Knowledge and practice of BIM At least three years’ experience in construction site design, management, and organization, especially in managing contracts and accounting in public procurement contexts Experience in fire prevention Certification as a safety coordinator during design and execution phases Strong problem-solving orientation Motivation to learn and improve Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to work in a challenging, international environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary and intercultural setting Compensation Package Competitive salary according to international standards Wide range of staff discounts Up to 2 days of teleworking per week (subject to work requirements) What’s In It For You?
