The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Lean initiatives, training team members, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean principles and Agile methodologies, as well as the ability to coach and mentor teams at all levels. Proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory, and knowledge of Spanish is preferred.
