About the Role\n\nOur client is a fast-growing AI company building a modern go-to-market engine around clean data, tight tooling, and high-velocity automation. We are looking for a RevOps leader to own the backbone of our GTM systems. This role is designed for a technical \"builder\" who can bridge the gap between business strategy and engineering rigor. You will own the strategic design of our revenue funnel while simultaneously building the \"plumbing,\" APIs, and AI-forward automations that make our Sales and Marketing teams faster and more measurable.\n\nRevops Core\nOwn the current GTM tech stack, acting as the primary administrator for Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot.\nLead the end-to-end rollout of new GTM tools rom requirements gathering and configuration to adoption.\nBuild and maintain high-fidelity dashboards and reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership, covering the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle.\nOwn the end-to-end CRM lifecycle, including objects, fields, workflows, routing, permissions, and complex integrations.\nProactively monitor data quality and fix integrity issues across fields, objects, sync rules, and integrations to maintain a \"source of truth.\"\nDocument system changes, processes, create lightweight SOPs, and train internal users on best practices to ensure high adoption.\nCross-Functional Partnership: Partner with GTM leaders to translate high-level priorities into scalable systems and measurable outcomes\nManage the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, integrating automated billing and Sales Commission logic (e.g., Spiff) directly into the CRM; additionally,\nOwn Marketplace Operations to support seamless partnership co-selling and fulfillment through platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Marketplaces\n\nGTM Engineering (with AI)\nArchitect and scale a signal-based “lead factory” by orchestrating inbound, external data engines (Clay, Sales Nav), intent data, and execution tools (Outreach).\nAI-Forward Automation: Apply AI-enabled workflow thinking to streamline GTM processes, reducing repetitive operational work and improving speed-to-lead or speed-to-close.\nTurn ambiguous business problems into clear system designs, experiments, and implementation plans using a modern stack (Enrichment, Intent, Sequencing, Billing, Data Warehouse).\nDesign and deploy custom AI prompts, workflows, and role-specific assistants (SDR, AE, and CS) tailored to our unique GTM motions.\nBeyond simple setup, you will configure, test, and refine AI tools from chatbots to reporting agents to ensure they deliver measurable ROI and improved productivity across the org.\nCollaborate with GTM leaders to surface high-impact generative AI use cases and design automations that replace manual research with hyper-personalized outreach in minutes.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in RevOps, GTM Systems, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops within a high-growth environment.\nCRM Mastery: Deep experience with Salesforce and HubSpot. You are comfortable with advanced logic, custom schemas, and multi-system syncing.\nTech Stack Expertise: Experience implementing and administering tools across the GTM spectrum: enrichment, intent, sequencing, and BI/Data Warehousing.\nTechnical Fluency: You think in systems. You have familiarity with modern AI and automation tools and understand how they can improve routing, scoring, and personalization.\nAnalytical Rigor: Deep comfort with analytics and reporting across the full funnel. You know how to turn messy data into clean, durable workflows.\nSelf-Starter Mentality: A proactive approach with minimal oversight; you identify friction points and fix them before they are assigned to you.\nStartup Experience: Supporting high-velocity teams with evolving processes and shifting priorities is a benefit, but not required\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or working with REST APIs to move data across systems is a vantaggi, but not required.\n\nRole ID: 0223
