We are currently looking to extend our European team with an:
PAYROLL ANALYST
Reporting to the EMEA-Payroll Manager, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls and oversight of payroll taxes and benefits payments for Italy and other countries. You manage regular and irregular payments in addition to year-end activities. You evaluate current payroll and time management systems, recommending and operating efficiency improvements as well as participating in key projects. Additionally you will be the connection point between the local stakeholders and the Time Management System Provider to ensure accurate and smooth processing and you will be leading implementation and enhancement projects for the EMEA-Region.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Graduated with a bachelor or master degree
· Minimum 3 years’ experience related with payroll
· Ability to apply complex analytical and critical thinking skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and related requirements
· Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel
· Proficiency with Oracle and Zucchetti an asset
· Languages: Italian and English; both languages are an asset
