Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Work with the Brand Activation Manager and Western Europe team to deliver the local Marketing plan.
- Data-Driven Insights: Assess the market situation, transforming data and insights into actionable local brand strategies.
- Trade & Brand Activation: Execute operational marketing and brand activation activities across the mix (in and out of stores).
- Sales Support: Support the local sales team with impactful presentations and customer requirements.
- Project Management: Develop and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring strict timeline management with international stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze market performance, collaborating closely with the regional team for reporting.
- Store Visits & Market Trends: Spend time in the local retail environment to understand the competitive frame and consumer trends.
Personality and Experience
- Education: Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Around 2 years of practical experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Mindset: Strong analytical mindset, structured working methods, and a love for taking ownership.
- Skills: Initial experience in brand/project management, managing stakeholders in a dynamic and international environment.
- Attitude: Proactive, autonomous, and teamwork-oriented attitude.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required, as it is our official corporate working language for daily collaboration with international stakeholders. Fluent Italian is also essential for the local market environment.
What We Offer & Compensation
- Contract Framework: Italian CCNL Terziario, Full-time.
- Salary Range: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) EUR 28.000 - EUR 35.000 (commensurate with the candidate's experience and seniority).
