COUNTRY TELEMONITORING MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define, implement and maintain best practices and tools as well as global guidelines on telemonitoring service supporting and monitoring the local implementation;
- Improve the telemonitoring system, by local reporting (global platform) search and evaluation of new solutions aligned with competitors’ moves and technological progresses;
- Manage relations with IT department to ensure stability of the entire IT infrastructure (not only the telemonitoring platform);
- Support local implementation in the definition of local telemonitoring system, training and first store connection;
- Collect and respond promptly new customers' expectations in terms of system upgrade;
- Provide the necessary support as subject matter expert and for ad hoc interventions, participating to global and local meetings with customers;
- Analysis of serious problems reported by customers such as cold failures;
- Constantly checking that the systems installed at customers' premises are updated to the latest version;
- Ensure real-time tracking, diagnostics and issue resolution using IoT and AI-driven tools;
- Compliance, Security & Risk Management: with the support of Legal and ICT Departments ensure compliance with industry regulations, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection laws;
- Business Strategy & Digital Service growth: identify opportunities for expanding remote service offerings and improving revenue streams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 5 years;
- Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities and international teams;
- Languages: fluent English ;
- High school or University Degree.
