** site, we are looking for a
**testing and spectrometric and mechanical environmental testing technician for optical components and thin-film treatments.
**The selected individuals will be responsible for measuring and validating the functional performance of thin-film surface treatments applicable to optical components, both in terms of spectral and cosmetic requirements and in terms of resistance to thermo-mechanical environmental stresses.
They will carry out the following activities:
* Perform spectrophotometric measurements;
* Process the measureddata and compare it with specified requirements to verify product conformity;
* Perform mechanical tests on components according to MIL and ISO reference standards;
* Perform durability tests according to testing procedures using dedicated equipment such as climatic chambers and thermo-vacuum;
* Use testing procedures for qualifications and acceptances according to the test profiles provided by the specifications;
* Use company tools for entering Non-Conformities;
* Feed, monitor, and contribute to the resolution of the main problems highlighted by quality KPIs.
**Educational Qualification:
** Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent
**Required Experience Level:
** Junior (1-2 years)
**Technical Knowledge and Skills
*** Knowledge of technical instrumentation (spectrophotometers, microscopes, etc.);
* Skills in data analysis;
* Basic knowledge of production flows and related non-conformity management;
* Understanding and knowledge of optical and mechanical drawings;
* Basic computer skills.
