Operations Manager – Italy Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations across corporate branches, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
* Implement and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
* Monitor and analyse performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and profitability targets are met.
* Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
* Manage budgets, financial data, and forecasting to support business growth.
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Support the development and expansion of the branch network within Italy, including oversight of franchise operations.
* Ensure legal compliance and alignment with corporate standards across all operational activities.
Operations Manager – Italy Skills required
* Proven experience as an operations Manager within the car rental industry
* Strong knowledge of operations management, organisational effectiveness, and process optimisation.
* Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
* A degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with more during high season May- Oct
