Experteer Overview
In this role you join an Electric Motor Test Laboratory to support testing and characterization of motors and drive systems. It is a hands‑on, lab‑focused position with structured on‑the‑job training to build autonomy in test bench setup, instrument use, wiring, and motor inspection. You will collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure accurate data and safe lab operations. This opportunity offers practical growth in a technically stimulating environment with direct impact on motor performance validation.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Support laboratory testing activities on electric motors
* Assist in performance characterization and validation tests
* Operate electrical measurement instruments (oscilloscope, power analyzer, insulation tester, milliohmmeter, etc.)
* Assist in test bench setup and basic wiring for motor drives
* Read and follow electrical schematics
* Assist in motor disassembly and inspection activities
* Use basic mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
* Collect, organize and document test data
* Contribute to maintaining laboratory equipment and safety standards
Responsabilità
* High School/ITS Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related technical fields
* Laboratory testing activities
* Electromechanical systems
* Experimental or validation environments
* Laboratory projects, internships or experimental thesis work are a plus
