For our Marketing & Communication Department, we are looking for a Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager. The Role’s Main Responsibilities Are: - Planning: contribute to the annual corporate communication plan and design and realize communication plans on a project base; - Corporate Brand Equity strategy development and Monitoring based on specific KPIs; - Corporate communications budget management and planning; - Creative agency coordination and Monitoring; - Content creation production monitoring and planning with the help of internal and external resources; - Design and manage marketing collaborations with targeted media partners; - Events: design, organize and realize events, both for media and a larger audience of STAFF INTERNATIONAL stakeholders, including agency briefing, media engagement, project management; - Executive communication: support company’s top management in media and events communication preparing with the help of OTB group Public Affairs team; - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and functional teams to strategize and execute communication campaigns to drive engagement and brand storytelling; - PR Agency management; - Social Media Agency management and Monitoring; - Digital Paid Media management; - Support to the Internal communication activities and development of the employer branding equity throughout specific projects created together with the HR team; - Coordinating the Staff International Global visibility with the support of Asian and American branches; LI-STFAB Location: Noventa Vicentina, IT Employment Type: Full time Function: Marketing Seniority: Professional
