Date of start: as soon as possible The resource will cover the following tasks: Administration: - Maintain contacts with customers and suppliers - Purchase goods for the office - Process the orders - Organize shipment of documents and goods - Maintain updated the security registers, with the support of the security consultants - Book flights and hotels for employees and guests - Supervise the petty cash HR: - Carry out the recruitment process, with the support of the Team - Maintain updated the employees’ registers, with the support of the Labor Consultants - Support employee’s lifecycle (onboarding, medical examinations, trainings ) Requirements: Good knowledge of English Preferable prior experience in Administration and HR Reliability, confidentiality, and collaboration It is required the possibility to work in presence.
