Job Purpose
L’Analista Controllo Qualità è responsabile dell’esecuzione delle analisi chimiche e fisiche su materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti e delle analisi di controllo sui materiali di confezionamento e sui prodotti finiti confezionati, al fine di garantire la conformità agli standard di qualità richiesti e alle normative vigenti.
La figura opera nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle normative regolatorie del settore farmaceutico.
Key Responsibilities
* Eseguire analisi di controllo qualità su materiali di confezionamento, materie prime, prodotti intermedi e finiti utilizzando tecniche analitiche come HPLC, GC, UV-VIS, FTIR, Karl Fischer, etc.
* Redigere e revisionare la documentazione analitica nel rispetto delle GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
* Gestire strumenti di laboratorio, effettuare la loro calibrazione periodica e segnalare eventuali malfunzionamenti.
* Partecipare alla gestione dei dati fuori-specifica e delle deviazioni.
* Supportare le attività di convalida di metodi analitici e cleaning validation.
* Garantire l’accuratezza e la tracciabilità dei dati generati durante le analisi.
* Contribuire al mantenimento dell’ordine e della sicurezza all’interno del laboratorio.
Required Education
* Laurea in Chimica, Chimica e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche, Biologia, Biotecnologie o titolo equivalente.
Required Skills And Experience
* Esperienza pregressa (almeno 1-2 anni) in laboratori QC in ambito farmaceutico o chimico.
* Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche analitiche strumentali.
* Familiarità con le normative GMP.
* Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di lavorare in team.
* Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei software di laboratorio (es. Empower, LIMS).
Required Languages
* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
