Job Summary: Responsibilities and Duties: - Collect, compile, measure, and document specific data during calibrations, making pass/fail determinations in accordance with internal quality standards. - Maintain and monitor the calibration schedule database. - Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly, following prescribed safety procedures at all times. - Coordinate external calibration services, including determining costs and lead times, generating purchase requisitions, obtaining purchase order approvals, and communicating downtime information to key stakeholders. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical instruments. - Perform preventative maintenance on control systems and instrumentation to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. - Provide training and guidance to production staff on calibration standards and procedures.
