Overview
In this role, you lead the Luxe Market Manager team across EMEA and APAC to grow Airbnb Luxe’s supply while upholding top-tier quality. You set regional strategy, coach data-driven teams, and own outcomes from acquisition to portfolio optimization. You act as the senior regional voice for Luxe, guiding market launches and complex host negotiations. You’ll collaborate across functions to drive sustainable supply growth in diverse, fast-moving markets. This is a chance to shape luxury travel experiences at scale and influence product and policy through market insights.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end hosts, estate managers, and luxury property managers.
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex host relationships and cross-functional issues.
- Drive regional performance against supply, revenue, and quality KPIs and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.
- Share best practices and playbooks with the global Luxe team; translate market insights into actions for product and policy.
Responsibilities
- 10+ years in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management.
- 4+ years leading and scaling field-based teams.
- Deep knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC luxury travel/real estate; track record of local growth.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed supply acquisition and revenue targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Experience building high-value partnerships with luxury real estate professionals or estate operators.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards; ability to maintain pipeline rigor and drive data-informed decisions.
