Your responsibilities include:During bidding phase :Support defining procurement and fabrication strategies, project schedules, and manhours estimation based on bidding documentation and data analysis (material utilization, yields, workload).At Project start-up :Assist the project team in releasing project schedules related to fabrication activities, aligning engineering and procurement deliverables.Contribute to the preparation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and ensure the issuance of estimated man-hours.During Project Execution :Prepare cycled man-hours and operative planning (work-pack issuance).Monitor actual vs. cycled man-hours, producing ETC (Estimate To Complete) analysis.Support decision-making for project modifications (e.g., acceleration, recovery, rescheduling) with qualitative and quantitative analyses.Ensure timely upload of project data (schedule, material take-off, welding summary, process orders) and feedback into yard management systems.Contribute to continuous operational improvements.Coordinate pre-fabrication and fabrication activities to manage workload and manpower saturation.Develop multi-project production plans to evaluate manpower and external resources.Issue the project execution plan.Assess time and cost impacts of subcontractor claims.QUALIFICATIONS : Master’s Degree in Management, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.Language Skills : English B2 / C1 level.LABOUR RELATIONSHIP : Permanent contract.EXPERIENCE : Minimum 4-7 years in production planning.IT SKILLS : Advanced proficiency in MS Office.SOFT SKILLS :Problem solving;Ability to work independently and in team environments;Flexibility and willingness to work on offshore rotations at national and international sites.LOCATION : Willingness to relocate to worldwide sites or remote areas.Interested candidates (L.903 / 03) are encouraged to review the privacy policy in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR.J-18808-Ljbffr
