Safety, environment, and wellbeing are our foundation, and we never compromise them. /p h3Workshop Engineer /h3 pThe preferred location for this position is Genova, Italy. /p h3Your role and responsibilities /h3 pAs a Workshop Engineer you will focus on these responsibilities: /p ul liWillingness and ability to go onboard vessels to perform assembly and disassembly of mechanical components and systems, ensuring proper maintenance and repair in accordance with technical standards. /li liOperating workshop equipment and tools effectively and safely. /li liReading and interpreting technical drawings. /li liPerforming field and workshop assignments as required. /li liIssuing work reports and recording measurements and data. /li liUsing and maintaining workshop tools in accordance with good mechanical practices. /li liAdhering to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety instructions. /li liActing as a team player to achieve organizational goals. /li /ul h3Requirements for the position /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a mechanical workshop. /li liA technical high school diploma in mechanics, mechatronics, marine or industrial machinery, or a related field. /li liGood knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating equipment, with practical hands‑on experience. /li liFamiliarity with overhaul processes and related equipment. /li liProficiency in using measuring tools (metric and standard) and specialty instruments. /li liKnowledge and experience with workshop and field service tools, including first‑grade maintenance capability for tools. /li liGood written and spoken English skills. /li liWillingness to travel up to 40% of the time. /li /ul h3As an ideal candidate you might also have… /h3 ul liHands‑on experience in T/C maintenance will be a strong advantage.
