Algòmera develops custom cloud software (CRM, ERP, MES) to help companies improve operational efficiency and optimize processes.
Role: UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer experienced in designing software and apps, capable of turning complex needs into clear, intuitive, and scalable interfaces.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate requirements into functional solutions.
Contribute to improving usability, consistency, and quality of the experience (components, patterns, design system).
Qualifications
3+ years of UI/UX experience on software/apps/platforms.
Excellent mastery of Figma (components, prototypes, libraries).
Team player, able to iterate feedback in an iterative manner.
Employment
Permanent contract (no freelance / no Partita IVA).
Annual salary 25,******,000€ (commensurate with skills and experience).
Full remote or hybrid/office: Milan / Rovigo / Brindisi.
