MAIN ACTIVITIES
Ensure the security of assigned Sites, People, Customers’ shipments, and company assetsEnsure compliance with ENAC and TAPA certificationsMonitor and continuously improve security performanceEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and DHL policiesAct as Area SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all security‑related mattersManage and close assigned security incidents recorded in the SID (Security Incident Database)Carry out local investigations following security incidentsDefine, propose, and implement measures/solutions to ensure the protection of facilities, equipment related to shipment handling, and peopleEnsure that all security systems (CCTV, IDAS, CA) are operational and in good conditionStop transportation activities in cases of evident legal violations or when such activities expose the company to serious risks or damages, immediately informing local commercial and operational managers as well as site managementIdentify omissions, non‑compliance, or negligence by staff that may have led to crimes against DHL, and take action to prevent further consequences by informing and supporting local management in corrective actionsIn the event of crimes committed against DHL, cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities (including filing formal complaints when required), carrying out all necessary actions to preserve evidence and support potential judicial investigationsCoordinate security agencies and surveillance providers
