Pilot local contractual relationships with suppliers. Identify all potential business synergies /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Supplier Relationship /h3 ul liIdentification of project and business needs. /li liPreparation and launch of Request For Quotation with suppliers using the standard tool. /li liNegotiation of cost reduction with suppliers. /li liInputs provider/contributor for order placement. /li liEnsure QCD targets achievement, CONQ (Cost Of Non Quality) claims management. /li liLead supplier QCD performance reviews. /li liManagement of initial issues before escalation to line manager. /li liRespect Alstom Transport code of ethics and guidelines. /li /ul h3Commodity Support on site /h3 ul liConsolidation of commodity needs. /li liActive participation to commodity strategy and panel elaboration. /li liSupport of Commodity Manager in tender phase. /li liRepresent the commodities towards projects, platforms and solutions. /li liEffective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving. /li liApply the Alstom Sourcing processes, and provide return on experience. /li /ul h3Involvement in projects/tenders /h3 ul liClosely work with sourcing project/tender representatives (Project Sourcing Manager, Tender Sourcing Leader). /li liEnsure work package commitment respect. /li liEnsure QCD targets. /li /ul h3Knowledge Experience /h3 ul liBuyer experience: minimum 3-4 years. /li liSubcontracting strong negotiation skills. /li liInstallations activities environment knowledge is a must. /li liBusiness school or Engineering degree. /li liFluent English and international background is a must. /li liGood interpersonal skills. /li /ul pAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
