Position: Inbound Call Center Agent - Tourism Sector
We offer training through a Formatemp course starting on 03/06/2025 and ending on 10/06/2025, conducted in person. After training, you will assist customers in the tourism industry. We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to join our team.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree
* Fluent in English (B2-C1 level)
* Proficiency in main IT tools and previous experience in customer assistance
* Experience in booking, working in museums, galleries, or the tourism sector is preferred
What We Offer:
* Temporary contract under CCNL Anpit level D2 (gross €1,496/month for full-time 40 hours), for 2 months with possible extension
* Part-time 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00; Saturday 09:00-13:00
* On-site activity only; NO remote working
Work location: Rome (Cinecittà).
