JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the the Acqua di Parma Paraggi Boutique, as Sales Assistant the key responsibilities are:Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categoriesCultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelinesMaster selling skills to satisfy customer needsAct as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clienteleEnsure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelinesRespect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQUse the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM systemDevelop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer baseMonitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support
PROFILE
Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitudeEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive resultsPositive Attitude, fragrance passionate and team orientedAbility to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and salesFluent in English, additional languages are a plusTemporary position from May to September
