Your Role And Responsibilities
* Support the development of the planning and fulfillment‑related processes, skills and tools.
* Support performance improvement, including customer on‑time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.
* Execute daily, plant‑level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
* Monitor schedule adherence, identify key root causes for deviation, and take follow‑up improvement action.
* Support Planning & Fulfillment team in aligning material availability to production targets; responsible for stock profile and segmenting the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management, defining inventory policies according to this segmentation.
* Collaborate with Buyers to obtain the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on‑time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead time, and flexibility.
* Support organization in reaching inventory targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.
* Manage MRP exception messages on a daily basis; support cycle counting and/or year‑end inventory counting.
Qualifications For The Role
* Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar are a plus).
* Ownership, problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach.
* Teamwork attitude, good communication skills and courage.
* Ability to communicate in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
