Proven expertise in core routing and switching, MPLS technologies, and troubleshooting complex network issues under pressure. Adept at client communication and creating detailed technical documentation. - Plan and implement B2B maintenance solutions for network products in the IP (Datacom) domain. - Reactive and preventive maintenance of telecommunications equipment, ensuring full functionality of the network. - Perform network configuration and optimization using the latest technologies to achieve network stability and high performance. - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical network issues, providing efficient solutions to maintain network stability. - Provide technical support to clients, either independently or in collaboration with the support team, while coordinating project implementation and facilitating the adoption of new technologies Key Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Internet Service Provider (ISP) network environments. - Advanced routing and switching skills (comparable to HCNP/CCNP level or equivalent). - Experience in managing maintenance service tickets, with the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet SLA targets and apply structured root-cause analysis methodologies. - Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including operational procedures and incident reports. - technical interface and communication skills, with experience in effectively liaising with client operation and engineering teams. - Fluent in both Italian and English for effective collaboration with R&D teams. - Availability for on-call duty.
