Job Responsibilities
Order Management : Responsible for the full process tracking from customer order placement to payment collection, including order reception, registration, allocation, and follow-up.
Production Coordination : Communicate with the headquarters to ensure that orders are produced on time and to the required quality, and coordinate order progress and delivery deadlines.
Quality Control : Monitor product quality to ensure it meets customer requirements, and promptly feedback any abnormal issues in the production process.
Customer Communication : Maintain close contact with customers, provide timely updates on order progress, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Logistics Arrangement : Responsible for the transportation arrangements of goods, including contacting shipping companies and handling export procedures.
Document Processing : Prepare and manage various documents, such as customs clearance documents and letter of credit negotiation materials.
Information Feedback : Timely feedback customer requirements to relevant departments and assist in resolving issues in orders.
Market Information Collection : Collect market information to provide references for company decision-making.
Qualifications
Education Background : Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates are acceptable.
Language Skills : Italian and Chinese can be used as working languages, or Italian and English can be used as working languages.
Skill Requirements : Proficient in using office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Communication Skills : Possess good communication and coordination abilities, and be able to effectively communicate with customers and various internal departments.
Responsibility : Have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to withstand work pressure, and work meticulously and carefully.
Teamwork : Have a team spirit and be able to integrate into the team and work collaboratively.
