OVERVIEW The Warehouse Supervisor is part of the Spare Parts within the Service function, and reports directly to the Parts Planning & Warehouse Manager. Is mainly responsible for overseeing and managing the Parts Warehouse activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Strategically manage the parts warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision - Oversee and monitor receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations - Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures - Ensure that standards of health and safety, hygiene and security are maintained - anage stock control and reconcile with data storage system - Support in the preparation of annual warehouse budget - Setup warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization - Oversee and mantain IT warehouse infrastructure ABOUT YOU - Degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering management or business administration - 3 to 5 years of work experience in a complex warehouse environment overseeing warehouse activities - Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices - Proven ability to lead and implement process improvement initiatives - Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases - WMS Incas Easystor / ERP Oracle EBS highly preferred - Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and encourage others - Strong decision making and problem solving skills - Strong communication & organizational skills with ability to multi-task among competing priorities
