YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Compensation & Benefits
Administer global Compensation & Benefits programs Support the execution of compensation policies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health & welfare Benefits Coordinate and prepare global incentive programs (short‑and long‑term) Support annual compensation cycles (salary review, premio processes, job evaluations) Maintain accurate C&B; data and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements Serve as a point of contact for the HR Team regarding C&B;‑related topics Support market benchmarking and external reward surveys
HR Analytics
Manage HR reporting concepts and global HR KPIs Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports and analytics for management and key stakeholders Support data quality enhancements and system audits Interpret HR data and provide insights to support decision‑making
YOUR PROFILE Education & Background
Completed commercial college education or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and compliance‑related topics Experience in an international or matrix organization is an advantage
Skills
Excellent English skills (written & spoken) Excellent Excel and IT knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
