Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, dealer management, and sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new dealers, supporting and developing existing distributors, and managing key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries.
The role requires achieving regional sales targets, maximizing sales volumes, and developing maximum market share. This includes creating regional sales plans and quotas, conducting direct and indirect business development activities, and driving and supporting distributors in their business activities.
The candidate must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries. Fluency in Italian and professional level of English is mandatory.

Travel Requirements
This position requires frequent travel in Italian speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners/clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.
