This position is not split or fully grant funded.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Teach classes on criminal justice and criminology topics at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
* Engage in departmental, college, university, and professional service.
* Maintain high-quality research, including primary research, publishing, presenting at conferences, and pursuing external funding.
* Up to 50% remote work is permitted.
Qualifications
* Doctoral (PhD) in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or related field.
* Experience teaching Research Methods at the undergraduate level.
* Research in corrections and/or desistance from crime.
* Record of securing external research funding.
* At least one publication in Crime and Justice: A Review of Research.
Compensation and Work Conditions
* Salary: $50,000 – $85,000 annually, for a nine-month appointment.
