We are seeking a client advisor for the opening of our new boutique in Venice.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome clients, promoting the brand culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a client advisor means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand;
* Achieve store sales objectives, constantly monitoring KPIs, and using effective sales techniques (with particular attention to up-selling and cross-selling);
* Ensure the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent service before and after sales;
* Collect and update client information and purchase history to develop a relevant client portfolio, understanding their needs and buying attitudes;
* Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;
* Follow visual merchandising guidelines;
* Ensure proper stock replenishment and effective stock management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;
* Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong sensitivity to products;
* Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;
* Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus;
* Flexibility, dynamism, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative complete the profile.
