A challenge aimed at strengthening the technological and industrial sovereignty of the countries involved, because it aims to identify and make available those innovative, so-called enabling technologies, which will ensure the generational leap, generating positive returns and economic and social progress for the entire country system, benefiting new generations.The resources who will work within this program will have the opportunity to access a professional growth path in an international and technologically advanced context.Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Area, we are looking for a **Database Administrator** for our offices in Genoa, Rome, Naples.The person will be responsible for the following activities:* Design, planning, and implementation of the infrastructure and Database systems on the Microsoft Azure public Cloud model and on-premise model via VMWare.* Ensuring the regular operation of Database systems, managing monitoring events, Incidents, and Requests.* Managing the updating of Database platforms with upgrade and patching processes, applying the necessary security measures.* Configuration and preparation of environments and databases by applying replication and partitioning systems to ensure High Availability, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.* Analyzing performance issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating in their implementation.* Supporting and collaborating with application and development teams in analyzing errors and problems related to normal Database usage.* Collaborating with backup teams to ensure the correct execution of Database backups, according to agreed policies.* Collaboration in Cloud and Hybrid Cloud projects in the industrial, defense, and public administration markets.**Education:**Degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines or equivalent experience.**Seniority:**Expert 3-5 years of experience.At least 3 years of practical experience in IT projects and in Cloud and/or On-Premise environments with excellent knowledge of technologies and attention to security aspects.**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Advanced knowledge of major Database platforms, both in IaaS and PaaS deploy solutions, especially: * PostgreSQL * MongoDB * SQL Server * Oracle* Experience with architectures in HA, BC, and/or DR scenarios* Knowledge of Storage and Backup solutions**Behavioral skills:*** Good aptitude for teamwork* Effective communication skills* Being a reliable and flexible team player* Having a creative mindset and the ability to analyze problems effectively**Language skills:*** Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (B2)**Other (e.G., availability for travel, specific certifications...):*** Certifications related to the indicated Database technologies * PostgreSQL * MongoDB * SQL Server * OracleAvailability for national and international travel.**Seniority:**Expert**Primary Location:**IT - Genoa - Fiumara**Additional Locations:**IT - Naples - Pomigliano, IT - Rome - Via Laurentina**Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**HybridQuesta possibilità è disponibile nelle seguenti città: Genova, Napoli, Roma.
