Your mission that helps to make the logistics industry more sustainable: As an Inside Sales Consultant (M/F/d), your primary focus will be on supporting our Sales Team, with a particular emphasis on the Italian market. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating the transition of semi-trailers to rail transport. Your responsibilities include: - Cultivating strong relationships with our customers - Preparing and delivering proposals to our clients - Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Advising customers on intermodal transport guidelines, policies, and procedures - Communicating relevant commercial information to Customer Care & Sales Managers for new customers and cross-selling opportunities - Generating new sales leads and collaborating closely with your sales manager to pursue them effectively You should have: - A high school diploma in business administration, marketing, technical studies, tourism, languages, or logistics - Previous experience in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred - Fluency in both English and Italian - Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and colleagues - Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in preparing proposals and addressing customer inquiries - Flexibility and adaptability to navigate various customer needs and dynamic situations in the sales process Why us?: Being part of CargoBeamer means being part of something big.
