We are looking for a key person to join our team and take ownership of managing our client portfolio.
We are a technology company specialized in AI-powered content solutions, combining a SaaS platform with managed services.
This role has a strong operational focus and requires autonomy from day one.
What will you do?
* Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle (onboarding, execution, follow-up, renewals, and upsells)
* Coordinate multiple content projects on a daily basis (copywriting, SEO, design, etc.)
* Communicate directly with clients at both operational and strategic levels
* Organize workflows, define processes, and ensure timelines are met
* Assign tasks and coordinate with external partners (writers, translators, designers)
* Handle issue resolution in collaboration with the technical team
* Support billing activities and track project performance
* Identify improvement and upsell opportunities within accounts, working closely with the sales team
* Support the sales team at specific stages of the customer lifecycle (meetings, follow-ups, opportunities)
What are we looking for?
* Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management in B2B environments
* Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* A proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments
* Strong communication skills with stakeholders at different levels
* Analytical mindset to identify risks and opportunities
* Business-oriented approach and ability to spot growth opportunities within accounts
* Native Spanish
* Professional level of English (nice to have)
Nice to have
* Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing environments
* Knowledge of content and SEO
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
* Interest in AI applied to business
* Experience working closely with sales teams
* Italian (highly valued)
